This doesn’t mean that everyone in this system is themselves a raper or a pedophile, but they are certainly very keen to enable it.

@MostlyHarmless Sure sure, provided anything is done. The Panama Papers came out, mainly made up of tax dodging leaders and government officials and not much happened to the criminals named. No heavy taxation or collection of unpaid taxes, no jail time for the most part, not even fines.

If there's two tiers of law, one tier that only protects the rich and powerful and another that punishes everyone below them then nothing will happen until the people collapse the system.
