I stopped by the campus art gallery after class today to see the new exhibition. At one end of the gallery was a stained-glass window that said, "I would have taken you on a longer walk."
The artist works at an animal shelter and takes the dogs on one last walk before they're euthanized. I cried after I got back to my car and thought about it some more. I guess the artist did a good job.
