what makes me weirded out by body mods or such is that there are indeed a lot of extreme examples as well, especially people doing stuff like Botox or whatever plastic surgery.

however i need to get my face reconstructed so ignore all i said
the concept of uploading consciousness is really interesting because do you think it would be an exact copy of you or somehow transfer your own consciousness?
