I was looking for an image to use for my Magnificat when I put it on Bandcamp and Mirlo. I’d need permission from Trinity College to do that so it’s not going to happen, but still, it’s incredible that such resources exist.

@mcmullin Try looking up illuminations from the Theodore Psalter. That is Greek rather than Latin, but it is owned by the British Library and is in the public domain.

@mcmullin I knew this, but it’s still amazing to have access to a resource like that. Some time ago I bought a guitar from Emerald Guitars (from Ireland of course), so I encounter their Book of Kells-style hound logo on the guitar case and my current favourite coffee mug every single day. It hasn’t gotten boring yet.
