I just opened my first kiln firing after a long break from working in clay. Here's a first look at one of my favorites from the firing. Porcelain can be a fussy (and expensive) clay to work with, but I love the translucence so much, it's worth all the extra effort!

@kenSwinson Delightful! When I was learning to work clay, porcelain became my favorite very quickly. I loved hand building with it. It can be difficult on the wheel, but when it does turn out, it is gorgeous!
