@tekkie Ukraine imposes a lot of kinetic sanctions on russian oil. So even if in theory reduced sanctions help russia they don’t have much capability in production or transportation of that said oil to actually profit. EU’s price ceiling also still in effect and even went lower not too long ago. Right now it’s around half of the market price, and lower than russia’s budgetary expectations.
At the same time Ukrainian drones in the Middle East are not provided free. They’re sold for either hard cash or obligation to provide hardware like Patriot missiles.
