Still they hinder ICE plans and by this they're much more susceptible to being forced to think about that contradiction.

Yeah, ok, maybe they didn't. The news media, social media, etc etc all have completely inundated everyone with misinformation, refusals to actually depict reality, etc etc. But it's *so* bad at this point that literally no one has an excuse anymore. This whole time bits have been slipping through even the likes of NYT as much as they are trying to help the regime gain power.

@oddhack @FallsMom @stux Like at this point to not even be aware that there is at least something going on beneath the surface that the media are presenting to us and the lies of the regime, one has to almost literally stick their head in the sand. Maybe people are scared to know the truth, but most just are scared to admit things are wrong, that they made a mistake, or worse, just that it may require an effort to fix this. So they really do stick their heads in the sand...

Part of what happened is that (a) Trump indicated ICE would target only hard-core criminals, and (b) some billionaires spent a fortune near the end of the 2024 campaign, funding attack ads against Kamala Harris and seriously outspending the Democrats. It was enough to flip a few "swing states".
