Ice pellets in the forecast starting at noon.
So, I rescheduled anything that needed 'going out.'
Nothing. All day. Just overcast. It's now 1500h/3pm and nothing.
How are forecasters so wrong, so often!?

From what I understand most forecasters are not meteorologists anymore.
