@bweller @DemocracyMattersALot Stars and Stripes is not a propaganda outlet. It was created by Congress and the Pentagon and given editorial independence. The newspaper has often been outspoken and critical of the military and our government. It is not censored.
I started reading it during the war on Iraq and was surprised by its srraightforward content.
Hegseth doesn't allow any disagreement with the party line and wants to muzzle the publication.
