Updated introduction. I've been in the Fediverse for about 3-4 years now, and really like it here. I'm a Generation Jones mom of Gen X kids, and Grandma to some Gen Z and Alpha youngsters. I read, mostly #SciFi, #fantasy, #mystery, #historicalfiction, and #LouisLAmour westerns. Fandoms include #StarTrek (all iterations), #StarWars, #DoctorWho, #LOTR, #MCU, #DC, #Godzilla. Other interests: #archeology, #dinosaurs, #HashtagGames, #uspolitics, #art, #music (60s-90s, mostly), #games, #cats.

@Sylkykat That's neat you enjoy Louis L'Amour books! There was a time in my mid-teens where I absorbed all his books I could find.

@AncTreat5358 A friend of mine had almost all of his books in a hardback collection and I inherited it when she passed away. I'm still working my way through some of the short stories.
