@luciedigitalni @camwilson I recently found that when you type 'talk to agent' on the coles website support section, it no longer connects you to a real person, it connects you with a b0t but gives the b0t a 'humanlike' name, it types huge long sentences filled with your personal details, order ID etc. in a fraction of a second which is how you know it's a b0t. I've switched to using woolies because of it but if woolies is now doing it to I'll have to try aldi or others..
