      I would look at comparable workers at similar urban EMS systems before I got too excited. I'm *certain* they are underpaid and overworked, because it's the Québec flavor of Canadian Healthcare. But I doubt there is anything "special" about working conditions in Montréal.

        @VE2UWY Nothing special about Montréal.

        The same is happening in other regions of the province. And I would say that probably in Ontario as well.
