I've recently sampled through quite a few of Dr. Pepper flavors. This is an US import of the cherry with nothing else in it. I think it's probably still the best non-standard flavor of them.

@apzpins For years growing up in the US I thought Dr Pepper was cherry soda. Suffice to say when I had this flavor my World was shaken

@64bithero I've had various cola drinks as cherry flavored, but nothing comes close to this. I could probably just accept this as THE Dr. Pepper.
