There is a widespread disruption across Moscow:
The internet is down;
Airports are shut;
Payments are failing.

More than a hundred flights are currently delayed or rescheduled in Moscow.

Due to an ongoing air threat, nearly all airports in Moscow have been closed.

Residents report that card payments are not working everywhere, and mobile service is intermittent.

Taxis and ATMs are not operating.
