Have a bit of a love hate with the old Brewzilla…rocker switch on the 1000w element popped last night during prep…oh so those randomly fail too? Was going to gift away my OG propane burner and kettle but it’s saving the brew day.

Love to multitask AND podcast it up while my kettle boils over. Guess my stupid powers outweighs the fermcap’s.

So it’s early…but the hydrometer sample is saying 1.060’ish
Just a wee off my session target of 1.041…I blame the beer loving neighbour hovering over my shoulder!
Should I top off with distilled water or F it and let be strong

Alright topped up with distilled water… first time I’ve tamed down a brew.
Sample was had a nice light colour and bitter that I was after…going to dry hop this one as well. I’m going to just dump the hops in the fermzilla all rounder and purge with C02 rather than use magnets and hop bags.
Always prefer or lean towards trying new things.

I am still 8.12 L short…and I don’t have any room left in the Fermzilla. I forgot to modify equipment type in Brewfather.
(Too many spills, too much boiling…and let’s blame that innocent neighbour again!)

is saying 1.050@paulywill I'm not 100% sure I'd trust that math. What's the justification for simply turning 1.065 into 65?
