I’ll bet he’s happy that they built half a dozen lanes of 401 and a couple of cloverleafs to bring him customers.     “Boulton, a retired Kingston police officer, bought the land when he was 18.” Won’t somebody think of the little guy, a retiree with only a thousand acres to his name?
