It turns out that #FIFA asked for a Level 4 motorcade escort for its president, Gianni Infantino, while in #Vancouver, so that he could go through traffic lights without halting.
Apparently that’s one level below the Pope but on par with
President - and higher than the 
PM.The request was denied.
