Iran has named the US Navy officers that ordered the strike on the girls school on February 28th. They are Leigh Tate and Jeffrey York, linked to the USS Spruance. Not only did they strike it once, they waited until people rushed in, and the girls tried to flee, and then tapped it 2 more times.
