Worth noting that the 25 year old concrete surfaces of highway 407 in Ontario have nearly no potholes and I believe most of that surface is original.

Worth noting that the 25 year old concrete surfaces of highway 407 in Ontario have nearly no potholes and I believe most of that surface is original. We have potholes on our roads because we make and maintain roads poorly.

@controlc It's because they're concrete - much more durable but more expensive, too. That's why you only see it on high volume expressways.
