    ‘…dig into the details and you learn national pharmacare is ending. There is no new $ to create more child care spaces. Federal health-care $ is drastically being cut.’

      Carney's arrogance makes Poilievre's look comical by comparison, but we shouldn't let that blind us to the brutality of what he is doing by leading the Lib government far to the right.

      Politically, he's probably safe as long as Poilievre hangs on (as long as the Cons fail to come up with a better leader), but eventually people will see that this is not what they thought they were voting for. Most of the problems with healthcare and social problems are provincial in origin, but these cuts will give them cover to shift blame onto the federal Libs once again.
