@timkmak the USA has no problem promising anything to people who may help them- the biggest problem they have is that they don’t follow through with their promises.

@timkmak the USA has no problem promising anything to people who may help them- the biggest problem they have is that they don’t follow through with their promises. And it’s basically an “OOPs- someone above me won’t let it happen”. Thy don’t own it.
