Up early to go to the gym, it is getting a little easier which is good!
Breakfast & chores when I got home then spent the day avoiding the news by romping around the virtual Milky Way!
Pizza burger & chips for tea, very slightly less bad for me than actual pizza!
Final Thoughts.
I cannot believe that so many folks voted for remorse!
I am trying not to dwell on this because that way lies madness!Thank you to all those who are helping me on this journey, in a myriad different ways. I am thankful to each & every one of you! 🫂 🫶
