@Gothamist @gothamist-Gothamist Here’s an idea — put police in places where traffic laws are being violated, and have them stop the vehicles, and issue the driver fines. Once they accumulate enough fines for driving in contravention of the law, remove their driver’s license and impound the vehicle.
