New 'independent' agency is moving fast to build one, maybe two, methane-burning power plants in Nova Scotia - Halifax Examiner
Earlier this week, the new Independent Energy System Operator (IESO) established by the Houston government issued a draft request for proposals (RFP) and tolling agreement to build and operate generating facilities that will burn methane (which is marketed as ‘natural gas’).
