Not a Colourful World Anymore

There’s something that’s been bugging me for a while. It’s something that just makes zero sense to me in this modern age. I look at a rainbow in the sky when I see one on rare occasions and think to myself: “There’s so many things that make this world beautiful, if only what I see around me could be as beautiful as that.” Of course, I didn’t think that as a kid when I saw a rainbow, but as an adult, I do now, and it makes me think that nothing is as colourful and wonderful as this rare phenomenon I see in the sky.
