Is the "Read with Kindle" option in Libby still only available in the US?

Is the "Read with Kindle" option in Libby still only available in the US? Why??

Does anyone have any hacks for people outside the US to get #Libby titles onto a Kindle?

(I have a Kobo as well, but the battery doesn't keep a charge, and also, my #Kindle Scribe is awesome for annotating!)

@ECityMom Works well for me in Germany, I read #Libby / #Overdrive #Ebooks titles on Kindle

@projektmyra Interesting. So you have that option in Libby to "read with Kindle?" I definitely do not, in Canada.
