if you zoom in and look very closely at the photo, there are actually two women dressed in kimono. But the pink kimono person is nearly totally eclipsed by the blue one. 
It’s just I was also walking as I took the pic.

@otterX I was thinking of one that is on the 3rd or 4th floor of a building on a corner, but when I searched for myself I ended up finding three others instead

@chad was the photo taken before or in 2011? I’ve lived away in Cambridge MA for way too long to know much about Tokyo around that time.
