In the CFL, if an investigation finds you made unwanted advances or were aggressive to women while you were celebrating your team's Grey Cup win, you get suspended for more than a third of the season, *and* the team you're currently signed to drops your ass like a hot potato for violating the team's code of conduct. Note: no criminal charges were filed - this was purely based on reports from the public that the team forwarded to the league, and the league did a private, independent investigation of the claims.

In the NFL, if you're a star, you can cold-cock a woman on camera [1], knocking her out completely, and the team and league wouldn't even think about kicking you out, because you make a lot of money for them.
