I've decided that I'm going to transfer my domain. I opened a ticket with my provider a week ago, initially because their control panel listed my domain as expiring on January 1, 1970, and I could not renew automatically. I sent a follow-up email a few hours ago and asked for an auth code. Now I just need to decide how much longer I'll wait for them to respond before I file a complaint with Tucows.
