    Preamble:
Nordic studio AuDHD apartment, so you have a computer stuff, extension cords, speakers and all kinds of detritus crammed in the most inconvenient way possible. Laminate floors with some small, annoying rugs strewn around, you know, the ones that no matter how much you vacuum or beat them (you Nordics will know), they still sprinkle this nasty fine dust everywhere when you go lay them back out.

Problem: What is the best tool to wipe the floors for someone who has smashie-smashie meltdowns? I've tried everything from an old t-shirt on a squeegee to those flat shammies or whatnot, and I feel that everything just smears stuff around, and I regularly end up snapping the stick part of the tool having a meltdown trying to fit it somewhere. What works? Nordic minimalism is not an option, I'm not rich enough for that.
