      @ikkeT If the flaps would be skewed towards the wind, it would behave like that, but usually they aren't. πŸ˜„

          @ikkeT Rotates correctly, it's your assumption that it's a windmill that's incorrect. It's clearly some (slightly hazardous) kitchen appliance for slicing stuff with rotating razorblades.
