After showing my partner the video she has informed me that there's an AI transcription and editing tool called Descript that has probably been used here.
It has a "look at the camera while I'm looking at the script" feature that might be the reason why their eyes look so crazy in the video.If anyone can confirm or debunk this theory please let me know

Gathering wealth by exploiting workers and by exploiting society at the same time because they are not contributing their fair share of income tax.We don't demand all of your money. We just ask to pay your part like every other person pays their income taxes. It would be highly appreciated if everyone contributes as it will enable society to run better.

putting her conversation with another person through a tool like that is certainly a choice, lol. Any time she looks at the host it's like her eyes are popping out of her head.
