Why do #BigTech workplace replacements fail?
Organizations often:
1️⃣ Try to build their own stack
2️⃣ Stitch together multiple disconnected open source tools
But replacing #Microsoft365 isn’t about swapping apps. ️ You should be replacing the platform.
