    The price of basic memory is rising due to AI needs. I purchase these MicroSD cards often, for my Security Cameras, Phones, Drones, and more. They are now $160 for a card that cost me under $20 last year. I was surprised at the ReORDER pricing

      The price of basic memory is rising due to AI needs. I purchase these MicroSD cards often, for my Security Cameras, Phones, Drones, and more. They are now $160 for a card that cost me under $20 last year. I was surprised at the ReORDER pricing

      Ouch. I use 256GB-512GB for my security cameras. I might have to figure something else out. I knew RAM was increasing rapidly, didn't realize Micro SD were too.

            @chuff recently I saw some smaller ram on Kijiji, for old systems. Also if you make a friend at the recycling depot, you can pull the memory before they receive it

                @Lstn2urmama I have memory everywhere, from tiny MicroSD to Laptop Memory and Desktop Memory, Flashdrive memory and SSD drives and SATA drives all storing things
