for anyone that knows stuff about TeamTalk, can you help us out?

@JamminJerry @shefoof Sounds like a problem with the Microsoft visual C runtime libraries. But since they make hundreds of these damn things, I couldn't tell you which version is needed. That 140 in the DLL name might provide a clue, but that's just a guess.

@JamminJerry @shefoof Microsoft Visual C Runtime is not a specificity to TeamTalk, its a requirement of it. That, and lots of other software packages. As for why you might have it installed, and not her, I couldn't say. I'd try installing the latest version of it, and see if that works.

for anyone that knows stuff about TeamTalk, can you help us out? I am trying to help @shefoof set up TeamTalk on her computer, so she can connect to my server. what I did was take my portable TeamTalk, and copy it to a different drive on my computer, load it, and take out all the extra servers, except for mine. I then edited my server, to put her username and password in instead of mine. I then tested it on my computer to make sure it works. it did, so I sent it to her threw dropbox. when she tried running it, she gets the following three errors.
TeamTalk5.exe - System Error dialog The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
here is another one.
TeamTalk5.exe - System Error dialog The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
and the last one.

does anyone know how do we fix these errors? what do I have installed in windows that she doesn't?
@JamminJerry @shefoof She needs to install the Visual c++ 2015/2017/2019 libraries.

@JamminJerry @Bri @shefoof Sorry, I gave you the x86 link. This is the X64 link. That's what I get for copying the first row from the latest versions table without looking at the architecture, LOL.
