"Far from being neutral, AI may be amplifying long-standing gender biases, creating a new kind of divide in the modern workplace. Artificial intelligence is increasingly acting as an invisible cultural architect. It is shaping the tone of emails, the structure of presentations, and even the rhythm of decision-making."

The hidden bias in AI: How the future of work is quietly widening the gender gap

Artificial intelligence is reshaping workplace culture and decision-making, amplifying gender bias and widening the workplace gender gap. As AI transforms communication and leadership, unequal adoption may deepen gender inequality in the future of work.

@yuhasz01 @gerrymcgovern a rebuff I made to an AI evengelist 3 years ago:

At this point, they're merely sophisticated wealth transfer bots. When are they labeled social engineering that went off the rails?

It's looking to be any day now.

@gerrymcgovern I just find myself tuning out of emails and presentations that are obviously AI slop (sometimes the person would proudly admit using AI for it too!). It's amazing how some people get conned into wasting other people's time, all the while thinking they're saving their own time...
