When recovering from surgery, here are some ideas for how to take care of yourself:

    1. Get lots of rest. Your body is rebuilding!

    2. Now is the perfect time to catch up on that book series you've been meaning to read.

    3. Hydrate well and eat easy to digest food. Eat smaller meals more often. Maybe keep a snack bag by the couch/bed.

    4. KNIT SHRIMP.

@munificent My pal @bnut suggested you make them a little tempura-like coat!

@d @bnut that would be adorable but my daughter who strongly prefers shrimp to be alive would alas not be amused.

@munificent @bnut Just leave the tempura bit out, but we'll know. We'll know.
