    My wedding band from 2009 is now 6 shakes of the hand to come off. In August, I had a challenge to get it off for cleaning.

      @steveriggins That's amazing you lost enough fluid in your fingers.

      I went the other way. When I got married, it was loose but ok. By the time we divorced almost 9 years later, it basically would not come off. It's been more than a year, and I still have the indentation on my finger to show where the ring used to be, and I think it will sadly remain forevermore.
