    I've been thinking about this quote a lot. In the context of #genai but also just in the general context of modern society. The last line is how I feel about sooo many things.

    "On two occasions I have been asked, 'Pray, Mr. Babbage, if you put into the machine wrong figures, will the right answers come out?' I am not able rightly to apprehend the kind of confusion of ideas that could provoke such a question." — Charles Babbage

      @intrepidhero I've always felt like the person who asked Babbage that may have been trying to ask "is this thing smart enough to recognize bad input data?"
      If you ask a person "what's red plus 7" they'll say "that's not a good question" and that's a correct answer based on junk input.
