@pkirn Apparently Unilever is trying to sell off its food division, so maybe this is them trying to get into other markets

@BorrisInABox We know the administrator was accepting offers, but there is no public information on where those offers came from. We won't know until they announce the restructuring.

@u0421793 that very could be it...they've been buying stuff a good bit of things up over the last few years..NI seems to be a software-forward company tho so not sure that lines up with the other purchases? just guessing here...
