Where has the globally informed, future wise electorate been for future generations, since forever?

Doesn't it have a solution?@nuwagaba2 Education and factual replication from the end result backwards. That's the only way to see a mirror in part from the whole we want it to become as we observe our reflection from the image it geneerates through us to do so.
