Then they go on to list a series of laws that creative lawyers are taking advantage of to enact surveillance both internationally, and domestically. @Linko Yes. It's cool if it's only on other countries. But also, it's not just on other countries. I mean to say it's everyone. Hope that's okay.

@mshelton Their position on building automated killing machines sounds even worse. Basically, "someone will take responsibility for it, so its OK."
