Note: I did not do that last year and Harris and our Democratic Senator who was up would've won my state even if a pretty sizeable bunch of us had.

And pay honor to our political system by winding it up with a ratchet and pawl that gets more dangerous the more you crank it over to the right.

then we get 1 billion social media comments whining the dem candidates suck
just imagine if all that energy was instead spent just showing up in the fucking primaries

I have when I was younger, although the cost was pretty low, I think, and did learn my lesson because it was pretty obvious the cost would be higher if W won (or stole) the election. I've been a registered Democrat, active in local politics and primaries, have and voted Democratic since 1998 when Newt Gingrich was on the march—even when I've had to hold my nose to do it.

and if you, out there, are not a democrat:
register now as a democrat
then show up in the primaries in a few weeks and get real left candidates on the ballot
or do nothing
and whine the democrats suck
and then look in the mirror when you wonder how we got this way as a country
