    My #SilentSunday was a walk on the Trelde Spit situated where the Vejle Fjord reaches Little Belt.

    Legend has it that during medieval times, this was a lawless area where a robber named Trolle, who called himself The King of the Spit, plundered both seafarers and travellers on land.

    The large island in the distance is Denmark's third largest island, Funen, which is about the size of Mallorca in Spain, and birthplace to famous Danish author H. C. Andersen.
