@2legged This is an odd time. If you were to divide Britain into two groups of people, the ones who would like the "special relationship" to continue, and those who would like it to end and for us to distance ourselves somewhat from the US, I suspect you would see some odd bedfellows in these camps. If Charles III does go over, it could go well for either camp. He might calm the waters a bit, or the Orange Arse may insult him to widespread public horror.
