        Duck Duck Go's maps have a satellite view (Bing likely does too but DDG reduces tracking)

            You can get up to the minute photos on weather satellites, but very low resolution.

            Once every few days at around 10m resolution (30 feet per pixel). Great for general areas, but can't see lot of details.

            Anything else, you have to pay for...

              Here's 10m... here is Paris on April 24th -- suitable for seeing landscape changes, large ships, burning fields and wildfires, etc. but not enough detail to see cars or people.
