I'm embarrassed by who I was then. I'm proud of who I'm becoming.
I'm still here. Still building. Still learning.
@dansup seeing influential people in areas of the internet I value have humility and not just letting their success go to their head heals my soul.

@graves501 Thanks, but I should also mention that a few of those signatories have active Loops accounts, and that repo was archived, so it doesn't accurately represent the current state, not to mention that I have since re-invited Hazel to our team and fully open sourced Loops.

But it does seem heavy-handed to pull funding from loops because of...whatever
My experience in dealing with open source and software engineering is passions run high because... we are human.
It also leads me to question who is jockeying for position... something I wasn't interested in before.
Mud-slinging I detest.

Would this also help with Pixelfed short video uploads? The 15MB limit is really hard to adhere to for a video - I know that Pixelfed is mostly for photos, but not every video I want to post is TikTok-ish content.

@graves501 @rusty__shackleford Yeah the new Pixelfed UI refresh I'm working on will help by handling client side optimizations for larger videos, it will be much better soon.
