Strait of Hormuz - no plan.
Goal - destroying lots of missiles and boats and drone factories.
When the bombing stops and production restarts - more bombing, endless war.

There are a large number of ships clustered on the two sides of the Strait of Hormuz, with a few trying to traverse the narrow channel.
There is a smaller cluster NW of Ra’s al Khaymah, UAE.
That's a lot of oil that is not moving to the nations that depend on it for lighting, heating and cooling, transportation, computers, factories, ...
