They say for system upgrades, but the website has said this for many days now.

Hmmm .... maybe they now get hands-on experience with the same upgrade struggles and license handling their customers experience whenever upgrades or updates are needed ....

Could it be that they configured Cloudflare to respond with that page whenever their backend servers are down and they haven't noticed the outage yet?
