Why don't PeerTube tags show up on Mastodon?

Why don't PeerTube tags show up on Mastodon? And why can't you quote the automated mastodon posts from PeerTube, because that would have been a way to add tags and context to the videos so people who follow a tag (topic) finds them.
And why do you have to click twice on a link to PeerTube? First you open a "faux" Mastodon post of the clip and then the actual URL (the server page with the clip).
And why doesn't the clip embed for viewing right here in Mastodon?

#peertube #mastodon #activitypub@leanderlindahl The out of band hashtags are shown on the Mastodon web client, but many clients don't.
For quotes to work in Mastodon, Peertube must support FEP-044f that Mastodon introduced https://codeberg.org/fediverse/fep/src/branch/main/fep/044f/fep-044f.md

Off-topic reformulation of the procedure in general terms.. In areas where PeerTube isn't post-facto interop leader itself, it should hope a reasonably broadly adopted #FEP consensus exists, or follow the post-facto leader in that particular application area and accept the upstream dependency to that part of the #ActivityPub specs the leader owns (and hopefully cares for, beyond their own needs, with good design and documentation). -

But with Tusky on android nop. I guess that the client you use should implement that. Does it make sens?

@lascapi i suppose you're right. Maybe it works that way on iOS. I use the Mastodon Android app.

#peertube #mastodon #activitypub@leanderlindahl not a solution, but a work around. I found that including the #hashtags within the video description works. But, yes I agree, too bad the actual hashtags within peertube don't seem to be recognized elsewhere:(
